Adding Custom Text To Appointment Reminders

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings


Step 2: Click Edit on the Practice Settings option





Step 3: Navigate to the Default Tab and check the box for Enable Appointment Reminders/Days Before





Step 4: Click on the Information tab located next to Enable Appointment Reminders/Days Before




Step 6: A reminder message will appear, displaying a sample message that will be sent to the client. You can include an additional message by entering your desired text in the provided box




OPTIONAL: If you wish to include the Professional Name, simply check the box next to it




Step 8: After setting it up, click on Hide, and then on the left-hand side, click  Save Changes
