Creating Non-Client Appointments
Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings - Facilities and Rooms to create a facility called ‘Non-Client Appointments.
Step 2: Add room(s) to the Non-client Facility. I.e., CLOSED, Personal, Holiday, Vacation. (You will still be able to add a title when adding this non-client appointment to the calendar)

Step 3: Navigate to the calendar page and select the date and time of the non-client appointment (this will prompt the Create New Session window to appear). Then, select the Non-Client Appointment tab on the top left.
Here, you will choose the appropriate room from within the non-client appointment facility. Add a subject or title for the appointment. Then, select the type of recurrence if applicable.
