The system will run a report on all clients with email addresses entered who have yet to be invited to the portal, so you can use this feature whenever you have multiple clients who need to be invited to the portal. 

Step 1: Navigate to the Account Settings within the Setting dropdown

Step 2: Click on the "Import Center" tab on the left-hand side. 

Step 3: Click on the blue text that reads "invite all clients to the portal"

Step 4: The system will now run a report on all clients who have email addresses entered into their profiles but who have NOT been invited to the client portal system yet.

Step 5: Review the list of the clients and uncheck anyone who you do not want to receive the client portal invitation. Then, press the "Send Invitation" button, and you're all set!
