Client Portal Guide

Step 1: Clients will receive an email for the enrollment in the Client Portal. Take the next step by clicking the 'Enroll in Client Portal' button provided in the email.


Step 2: After clicking the link, clients will be directed to the Client Portal website to set their password. Clients will have to create a password then retype it for confirmation then click Create Password.



Step 3: Clients can now access the Client Portal. 


1 - This will indicate the assigned professional for the client. 

2 - This will indicate the Portal User. 

3 - This option is for the Settings including the Client Information, Appointment Reminders, Change Password, Change Time Zone and Log Out option. 

4 - Side menu for main functions. 

5 - This will indicate the Profile Completion. 


Main Functions: 
  1. Messages - This tab allows the client to receive and send messages to their professionals.
  2. Documents - This tab allows the client to access the documents shared to them by the professionals. 
  3. Sessions & Homework - This tab will show all the sessions of the client.
  4. Forms - This tab allows the client to view and answer the required forms that is assigned to them. 
  5. To Do list - This tab will notify the client if they have an assigned survey to be answered including the status of each To Do List. 
  6. Scheduling - This tab allows the client to schedule an appointment by clicking the 'Schedule New Appointment'.
  7. Payment & Insurances - This tab allows the client to add their payment details, mode of payment and to generate an invoice.
