Using the Practice Calendar

You can now allow specific staff the ability to view one another’s calendars without granting access to their entire caseloads (enabled within the individual professionals’ settings).
Step 1: Navigate to the user's Settings & Permissions. Under General, check off the box “Can view practice calendar”. Then, select Save Changes.

Step 2: Next, the user can navigate to the calendar page. Then, select Practice Calendar on the right-hand side.
Step 3: Calendar Settings will open. Users can filter the calendar as needed. Then, select View Practice Calendar.
Step 4: To leave the practice calendar select Exit Practice Calendar.
