How to Ensure all Claims Generate in the Claim Center (Effective Date on Insurance Plan)

Step 1: Navigate to the clients chart and select the claim center tab.

Step 2: Select Actions->Update Insurance Plan. Then, change the plan's effective date back to the date you want claims to start generating.
