Creating and Managing Referral Categories

Creating and Managing Referral Categories

Step 1: Navigate to a client chart and scroll down to Referral Category within the Client Overview page.


Step 2: Select manage to pull up the list of referral categories.


Step 3: Select Create Referral Category to add a new referral name.


⚠️Selecting edit on a referral category will change the name of the referral for all clients with that category selected.
