Navigate to To-Do. Then, select Missing Dx. 

Here you will have the option to add a diagnosis code or dismiss the alert.

When Add Diagnosis Code is selected, another window will pop up allowing you to add the code without leaving the To-Do list. Simply find your code, select add, and X out of the pop-up window to move on to the next client.

When Dismiss is selected, a small window will appear confirming you would like to remove this alert from the To-Do list.
