Client Portal Guide: Portal Permissions

                                                                                                       
Basic Functions - Enables the portal user to access the overall portal settings, ability to view the "Client Portal Banner Message" from the practice and/or the specific professional, view the "Upcoming Appointment" banner, and interact with the Profile Completion section on the right-hand side. Screenshots can be found below:

 



Messaging - Enables the portal user to communicate with provider(s) through messaging. This is private and will not share messages across portal users.

Access to Documents - Enables the portal user to upload documents to provider(s) and download provider-shared documents on behalf of the client.

Session & Homework - Enables the portal user to view the client's upcoming sessions and assigned homework.

Billing, Invoicing & Insurance - Enables the portal user to add payment methods, insurance plans, and generate invoices on behalf of the client.

View & Submit Surveys - Enables the portal user to access and complete surveys and/or forms. This is private and will not be shared across portal users.
