Editing & Resubmitting Denied Claims
To edit a denied claim select Actions ➡️ Resubmit Claim.
Then, select Yes on the confirmation pop-up.
Now, your claim will move to the Pending Claims tab where you can select the date of service to edit any appointment details.
Once you have made all of the necessary changes, you will select Actions ➡️ File Claim. Now, you claim can be found under Processing Claims.
