Running Billing vs. Collected Reports

STEP 1: Click on the Reporting tab in the navigation bar and click on the Billing vs. Collected tab on the right-hand side. 


STEP 2: Select the desired parameters for your billing vs. collected report. 

  1. Date Range


  1. Clinicians 

  1. Type of Report


STEP 3: Click on the Run Report button

The system will then generate a billing vs. collected report that shows the following data: 
  1. Total amount collected
  2. Total amount billed
  3. Total number of services
  4. Total number of unique appointments
  5. Total number of unique clients
  6. A breakdown of the number of appointments scheduled with each CPT code
