Selecting a Migration Package

Step 1: Login to your MBP account, and click "Add a Payment Method Now" 


Step 2: Go to Account Settings within the Settings dropdown. 


Step 3: Click the Import Center tab on the left-hand side and select the migration package that works best for you. 

Standard Migration Package (FREE)

    1. Access to our self-migration guide and our support center, which has a robust library of how-to guides with screenshots and step-by-step instructions
    2. Ticket-based support helping guide you through exporting your existing data, and formatting and importing it into My Best Practice
    3. Ongoing support access for your whole team via our ticketing system

Solo White Glove Migration Package (ONE-TIME $299 FEE)

  1. 1-hour consultation/assessment call (Admin Team & Designated MBP Account Manager)
    1. Go over current processes and practice needs
    2. Help configure all account settings / teach your admin team how to make adjustments
    3. Provide client migration template instructions
    4. Gather all intake forms/documents
    5. Create a custom timeline for onboarding your entire team
  2. Re-creation of up to 5 custom intake forms within MBP (not to exceed 10 pages in total)
  3. Automatic import of all client records (client demographics and all client documents)
  4. 30-minute onboarding session with your staff members to help orient them to the basic functions of MBP (creating clients, adding appointments, writing notes, etc.
    1. This will be scheduled to meet the majority of your staff's availability.
    2. Recordings will be provided for those who cannot attend
  5. Two scheduled 15-minute check-in calls (Admin Team & Designated MBP Account Manager) to discuss how the migration is going and how we can best support your team
    1. Must be scheduled within the first 90 days of your subscription
  6. Ongoing support access for your whole team via our ticketing system

Group White Glove Migration Package (ONE-TIME $499 FEE)
