Selecting a Migration Package
Step 1: Login to your MBP account, and click "Add a Payment Method Now"
Step 2: Go to Account Settings within the Settings dropdown.
Step 3: Click the Import Center tab on the left-hand side and select the migration package that works best for you.
Standard Migration Package (FREE)
- Ticket-based support helping guide you through exporting your existing data, and formatting and importing it into My Best Practice
- Ongoing support access for your whole team via our ticketing system
Solo White Glove Migration Package (ONE-TIME $299 FEE)
- 1-hour consultation/assessment call (Admin Team & Designated MBP Account Manager)
- Go over current processes and practice needs
- Help configure all account settings / teach your admin team how to make adjustments
- Provide client migration template instructions
- Gather all intake forms/documents
- Create a custom timeline for onboarding your entire team
- Re-creation of up to 5 custom intake forms within MBP (not to exceed 10 pages in total)
- Automatic import of all client records (client demographics and all client documents)
- 30-minute onboarding session with your staff members to help orient them to the basic functions of MBP (creating clients, adding appointments, writing notes, etc.
- This will be scheduled to meet the majority of your staff's availability.
- Recordings will be provided for those who cannot attend
- Two scheduled 15-minute check-in calls (Admin Team & Designated MBP Account Manager) to discuss how the migration is going and how we can best support your team
- Must be scheduled within the first 90 days of your subscription
- Ongoing support access for your whole team via our ticketing system
