Setting Up a Client's Default Rates

In addition to setting up a professional's default rates across all clients, you can also set up different rates for specific clients from within their client profiles.

Step 1: Navigate to the desired client's profile, and click on the Default Rates tab on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Select the CPT codes for this client from the list and click "Add

Step 3: Enter the default quantity and default rate for each CPT code selected.

Step 4: Press "Save Changes"

If the professional assigned to this client already has default rates configured, the rates entered for the client will override them.
