How Supervisees Complete Notes

Once you have finished writing a note for a client appointment, check "Ready for Supervision". Now, the note will be added to your supervisor's To-Do List, so they can review/sign the note.

You can view the status of the notes that have been submitted for review by clicking on the "Supervisee Review" tab within your To-Do List.

Once your supervisor reviews and signs the note, it will drop off this list. If they return it with a Needs Revision status, the note will update to show the ! icon, where you can read their comments. After updating the note, mark it Ready for Supervision again so it moves back into their review queue.

Supervisor Review & Signature Workflow

Supervisors can manage all pending notes from their To-Do page.

Click on "To-Do" and then select the "Supervisee Review" tab on the left-hand side. Here, you will find a list of all notes that have been submitted for review by your assigned supervisees.
  1. You can also use the filters above to narrow down the list for specific supervisees and within specific timeframes.
You can quickly navigate to the specific appointment notes by clicking on the "Needs Review" button next to each appointment.

Once you have reviewed the appointment note, you can choose "Sign and mark as reviewed" or 'Needs Revision' button in the top right-hand corner.

Sign and mark as reviewed: Upon signing the note, it will then be removed from your list of appointment notes that need to be reviewed within the Supervisee Review tab.

Returning Notes for Revision

When you mark a note as Needs Revision, a ‘!’ icon appears where you can add revision notes for the supervisee. Once saved, the supervisee’s To‑Do list will display the note with a Needs Revision status, so they know updates are required.
