Transition to MBP Packet

Transition to MBP Packet

To help your clients transition from your previous EHR, we have created the "Transition to MBP" packet, which provides step-by-step instructions from the clients' perspective.

The text included in the email that is sent with packet has been pre-populated for you, but you can easily make any desired changes! Here's an example below:
As part of PRACTICE NAME'S migration to a new electronic health record system (My Best Practice), we need each of you to complete the following 4 tasks as soon as possible:
1) Accept the invitation to your new client portal & finish the Profile Completion tasks (found on the right-hand side of your portal)
2) Securely enter your payment information into the Payment & Invoices tab (Instructions: Adding Payment Info
3) Add your insurance information to the Insurance Tab and upload the front/back of your insurance card to the Documents tab (Instructions: Uploading Insurance Card)
4) Complete the surveys found in your To-Do List
Please complete the above tasks as soon as possible. Otherwise, your therapist may need to spend the first couple minutes of your next session gathering the necessary information.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your therapist or you can reach our admin team via phone or email.

Thank you!
If you are interested in having this packet added to your account, please contact support@mbpractice.com
