Troubleshooting Camera/Microphone Issues for Telehealth Appts

If you are having trouble connecting your camera and/or microphone for telehealth sessions within MBP's integrated telehealth system, you may need to check your specific browser settings. Below, you'll find instructions for adjusting your camera/microphone settings for some of the most common browsers. 

Google Chrome

1) Click on the three horizontal dots in the top right-hand corner.
2) Click on "Settings." 
3) Click on "Site Settings"

4) Click on Camera & Microphone and ensure that "Sites can ask to use your camera/microphone" are both selected. 

Safari

1) Click on Safari in the Menu Bar 
2) Select "Settings"
3) Click on "Websites"
4) For both Camera & Microphone, you'll want to switch the settings to either "Ask" or "Allow."



Firefox
