Step 1: Navigate to Settings - Account Settings - Practice Settings.

Step 2: Select the Telehealth / AI Notes tab.

Step 3: Choose the dropdown for ‘Telehealth Reminder Notification Method.

Step 4: Select ‘Send to all notified emails and phone numbers.

When turned on, all emails and phone numbers with the notification bell turned on will receive the 15-minute telehealth reminder with the link to the session.
