Unit Billing

Unit Billing

When creating a new appointment, you can enter the quantity of units for each CPT code selected.

Simply select the CPT code from the dropdown, enter the number of units for that CPT code, and then enter the service fee per unit. The system will then calculate the total amount charged for the session based on the data entered.

Please note: the system will default to 1 unit of each code unless you have configured the Default Rates for the specific professional (Setting Up a Professional's Default Rates)
