Viewing Completed Surveys

You can view all completed surveys for an individual client at any time within their client profile --OR-- you can use the Surveys to Review tool within the To-Do List to view all recently completed surveys. Please note: these surveys will be removed from the Surveys to Review section after marking them as reviewed. 
To view ALL completed surveys for a specific client, navigate to the “Surveys” tab within the client profile

  1. All completed survey results will be listed under the “Survey Responses” heading  
    1. If nothing populates here, then they have not completed any surveys.
  2. You can check to see the status of surveys sent by clicking on the "History" tab


View the full results directly within MBP or download a PDF. 
  1. Click on the  icon to view the results of the completed survey within MBP.
  2. Click on the  icon to download a PDF of the completed survey. 
For any of the global surveys or custom surveys for which you've added a formula element and configured the total score field, you can also view the auto-scored raw score.
