Sending a Treatment Plan for Client Signature
Once a treatment plan has been created, you can send it to the client by checking the box 'Ready for Client Signature'.
Within the Client Portal, the client will find a tab called Treatment Plan. Here, they can select Signature to sign their active treatment plan.
Once the signature has been saved, they will no longer be able to edit the signature. This is replaced with the timestamp.
