Signing a Treatment Plan from the Client Portal
To review and sign your treatment plan, navigate to the Treatment Plan tab. Here, you can review your plan. Then, select Signature.
Use your mouse or a stylus pen (depending on your device capabilities) to sign in the signature box.
Once the signature has been saved, a detailed timestamp will appear.
