Supervision on All Diagnosis tab Sections

Supervision on All Diagnosis tab Sections

All documentation created within the Diagnosis & Assessments tab—including Treatment Plan, Intake Interview, Case Conceptualization, and Assessment—can be sent to a supervisor for review.

This allows clinicians to request supervisory feedback or approval directly from any of these sections. Once a note is ready for review, users can submit it to their supervisor, who will be able to access the document, provide comments, and complete the supervisory sign‑off process according to the practice’s supervision workflow.

See Supervisory Features for more details.
