Turning on Appointment Text or Email Reminders

In addition to your clients being able to enroll in text or email reminders within their client portals, you can also turn on text reminders manually for your clients within their client profiles. 
Step 1: Navigate to the client's Contact Info tab
Step 2: Within the Client Phone Numbers section, click on the alarm icon above the phone number or email address you'd like to enroll in reminders. 


      
Once you have enabled notifications (or if the client has already enrolled in text reminders themselves), the icon will then appear as a ringing bell. 

Please note: the client will receive the reminder based on the settings configured at the Account Settings level.
