Availability Calendar (internal)

The availability calendar enables professionals to set their availability, allowing schedulers or professionals to view it without overwhelming the main calendar.


Step 1: Navigate to Settings - Account Settings - Staff & Users. Then, select Availability next to the proper professional.


Step 2: Select and drag your availability for each day. Once the Add Availability pop-up appears, you can set reoccurrences.




Now, staff members can select "Show Availability" from the main calendar settings to view professional availability.



In this view, schedulers will not be able to schedule outside of the availability time. However, they can disable to availability calendar to schedule outside of the availability time.
