Merging Client Charts

Merging Client Charts

Notes** Before you merge the client charts, you'll need to make sure the client portal access has been removed from the profile that you're deleting. Then, in the new merged profile, you can add the client as a portal user with the same email address, and they'll be able to access their portal with the same credentials.

Step 1: Select the client chart you want to merge.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the Client Overview tab and select ‘Delete This Client and Merge With Another Client’.

Warning
NOTE: In order to see the option to "Delete and Merge," the names of the two client profiles will need to match exactly (hint: check for any rogue spaces before/after their first or last names).

Step 3: Confirm the ‘Merge To’ client is selected. Then, select ‘Merge’.
