Client Demographics Hover

Overview

The Client Demographic Hover feature allows users to quickly view key client information without opening the full client chart. This helps teams access essential details faster, reduce navigation time, and streamline day‑to‑day workflows.

What You Can See in the Hover Preview

When you hover over a client’s name, a compact demographic panel appears. Depending on your practice settings and permissions, this preview may include:

  • Client name or preferred name

  • Date of birth

  • Contact information

  • Insurance details

  • Tags

This gives you immediate context while reviewing schedules, messages, reports, or tasks.

How to enable the Hover Preview

  1. Navigate to the calendar page and open calendar settings.

  2. Enable 'Client Demographics Hover'



How to Use the Hover Preview

  1. Navigate to the clients appointment on the calendar.

  2. Move your cursor over the client’s name.

  3. A demographic hover panel will appear automatically.

  4. Move your cursor away to close the preview.

No additional clicks or navigation are required.
