Locking the Diagnosis Tab (Treatment Plan, Case Conceptualization, Intake Interview)

Locking the Diagnosis Tab (Treatment Plan, Case Conceptualization, Intake Interview)

Overview

Users can now lock each section within the Diagnosis tab to prevent changes after a treatment plan, case conceptualization, and intake interview has been finalized. This feature helps practices maintain documentation accuracy, protect historical records, and ensure that only authorized users can update diagnostic information.

🗒️Locking a treatment plan will prevent edits to that specific plan, signatures can still be added when the note is locked.

What Locking the Diagnosis Tab Does

When these tab(s) are locked:

  • Clinicians cannot edit, add, or remove any details.

  • The tab becomes read‑only for all users.

  • Historical diagnostic data remains preserved for compliance and auditing.

Users can still update these tabs when necessary.

    1. Once locked, the icon will turn red, indicating that the page is actively locked and cannot be edited.

  2. To unlock, simply select the lock icon again and confirm that you want to unlock the document.
