We are excited to announce that the following NEW & IMPROVED features are now LIVE on MBP!

NEW BILLING & REPORTS

  • NEW — Auto-pay for Insurance Clients

    • Enroll insurance clients in auto-pay to automatically collect copays/coinsurance on the evening of their appointment.

  • NEW — Auto File Claims

    • Activate auto-file claims to automatically submit claims at the end of each session.

      • Note: claims will be pending if a required item is missing. i.e., note, signature, diagnosis.

  • NEW — Hiding Billing

    • Now administrators can hide billing from staff & users. 

      • Note: if hide billing is turned on, users will not have access to the reporting or billing page.

CALENDAR & SCHEDULING UPDATES

  • NEW — Text Alerts for Telehealth

    • You can now turn on text alerts for the telehealth reminder message, including the telehealth link.

CLINICAL & OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

  • NEW — Custom Note Template Improvements

    • Multi-select dropdown elements are now available for custom notes, treatment plans, case conceptualizations, and intake interviews. 

    • Ability to easily re-order options within radio button, checkbox group, and dropdown elements. 

    • You can now indicate whether a specific element should print onto the PDF of the exported session note if no data have been entered. 

  • NEW — Resequence Diagnosis items

    • When a client has more than one diagnosis, you can reorder to choose which code will appear on insurance billing.

  • NEW — Overdue Treatment Plan

    • Professionals will now see overdue treatment plan alerts within the client chart, Diagnosis tab. 

      • Note: the overdue date can be set by # of days since created.

  • NEW — Override Location Code at the Room Level

    • Users can now override the location code for a specific room within a facility.

  • NEW — Professional Notification for First Client Appointment Scheduled

    • Professionals can choose to receive a notification email on the first appointment scheduled for a new client.

      • Note: only the designated primary professional will receive the email notification.

  • NEW — Invoice Payments by Professional Allocation

    • Users can turn on Allocated Payments within invoice settings to ensure the receipt only shows payments allocated to the chosen professional.
