Sending Surveys/Packets to Clients
You can also send any of our free Global Surveys.
- Navigate to the “Surveys” tab within the desired client’s profile
- Click on the + Send Survey / + Send Packet button
- Select the desired survey/packet from the dropdown
- Select the correct client portal user's email address from dropdown in the “To” field
- Compose a subject line and brief message
- Click send!
