Billing vs. Collected by Professional
Overview
The Billed vs. Collected report helps practices understand how much revenue has been billed and collected within a selected date range. To make clinician‑level analysis easier, users can now filter this report by individual clinicians. This allows teams to quickly review productivity, billing activity, and collection trends for each provider.
What the Clinician Filter Does
Filtering by clinician allows you to:
View billed amounts for a specific clinician
Compare billed vs. collected totals for that provider
Review the number of clients seen within the selected date range
Identify gaps between billed and collected revenue
Support payroll, supervision, and performance tracking workflows
This filter removes the need for manual sorting or spreadsheet cleanup.
How to Review the Report by Clinician
Navigate to Reports.
Select Billed vs. Collected.
Use the Clinician dropdown at the top of the report.
Choose one or multiple clinicians to refine the results.
Adjust the date range as needed to view the desired reporting period.
The report will automatically update to show only the data associated with the selected clinician(s).
