Missed Reasons Report (Within Billing vs. Collected Report)

Within the Billing vs. Collected Report, you’ll now be able to click on the number of Missed Appts to view a breakdown of the missed reasons.

Step 1: Navigate to the Reporting Page. Then, select Billing vs. Collected.

Step 2: Set your filters and select Run Report.

Step 3: Select the hyperlink number of missed appointments to view a breakdown of the missed reasons.
