How to Add Payment Methods and Take Payments
This guide walks you through how to add payment methods, verify correct formatting, and process payments within the platform.
1. Adding a Payment Method
To add a card on file for a client:
Open the client’s chart.
Select the Payment Methods tab.
Then choose + Add Payment Method and select New Credit Card Account.
Ensure the card number is entered without any spaces.
If any information is missing or incorrectly formatted, a red notification will appear to guide you.

2. Processing a Payment
Once a payment method is saved, you can take payment from anywhere in the platform:
