Notification on Over Due Metrics

Overview

To help teams stay on top of outstanding client surveys, the Metrics tab now displays a clear alert whenever a survey becomes overdue. This update ensures users can quickly identify items that require follow‑up and maintain accurate completion rates across their practice.

What’s New

When a survey passes its expected completion date, an Overdue alert will automatically appear in the Metrics tab. This visual indicator makes it easier to:

  • Spot surveys that need attention

  • Prioritize follow‑up with clients

  • Keep survey completion metrics up to date

  • Reduce delays in workflows that depend on timely survey responses

Where the Alert Appears

The alert is displayed directly on the Metrics tab, alongside other survey performance data. Hover over the visual alert to review key details.

Users can view:
  • Which surveys are overdue: each overdue survey will show the same visual notification

  • How long each survey has been overdue: hover over the visual notification to review these details

This helps teams quickly assess the impact and take action.
